Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain operational and strategic KPI dashboards
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency
- Partner with global stakeholders across lines of business
- Improve data quality, consistency, and governance
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Programming, or related fields
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, and Alteryx
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel / Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Intermediate to advanced English
- 2+ years of experience in corporate or financial environments
- 2+ years of experience with reporting automation and data pipeline
