The Data team is responsible for collecting, structuring, labelling, and making research data available to the AI and Clinical research teams.

We are looking for a creative and curious data engineer to join our team. The hire should have prior experience in Python and Bash programming. They will also be expected to have at least some experience in programming and have a keen interest in problem solving. Experience and knowledge in the DICOM standard, image processing, and Docker are a great advantage.

As our Junior Data Engineer your Missions and Responsibilities, will be:

• Contribute to the development of data pipelines for structuring data and improving data accessibility.
• Deploy secured infrastructures to collect data from partner sites.
• Animate medical expert groups to annotate and enrich medical data.

It’s necessary to have:

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in a CS-related field
• 1-2 years of relevant data engineering experience
• Programming: Python and Bash (essential)
• SQL: PostgreSQL
• Virtualization: Docker
• Git workflows (preferrable)
• DICOM (preferrable)
• English & French spoken and written.
