Shape the world of tomorrow
- You'll shape the digital transformation of leading banks and service providers by planning, launching, and successfully executing wide-ranging IT projects with clients
- Throughout your strategic IT implementation programs, you'll manage internal and external teams and combine your pertinent industry and IT know-how with agile project management methods to ensure smooth implementation of digital transformation processes
- During the design, assessment, and optimization of IT architectures, you'll be responsible for coordinating teams, organizing and leading discussions with top client management, and providing key impetus with a view toward current market developments and trends
- You completed a degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline with above-average results
- You have at least six years of relevant experience in IT Consulting and the realization of operative and strategic transformation and implementation projects in the banking or financial services sector
- You're an experienced project team leader—including on the client side
- Efficient resource planning and motivational employee leadership are second nature to you
- You're familiar with all the stages of development for successful IT organizations and IT processes, with a focus on the financial industry
- You know how to plan IT initiatives and build solid business cases
- You're good at understanding and communicating complex topics in both German and English
