Senior Project Manager (Permanent) – Berlin
Location: Berlin, Germany

We are currently supporting a Berlin-based consulting and project management consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to strengthen its growing team.
This role is ideal for a consultant-minded Project Manager who enjoys working across diverse real estate and built-environment sectors, managing complex projects end-to-end, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver projects from concept through to completion, ensuring time, cost, and quality objectives are met
- Act as the primary client interface, providing clear advice, reporting, and stakeholder management
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Manage budgets, schedules, risk, and procurement strategies
- Support business development activities and contribute to client proposals where required
- Mentor and support junior project managers within the team
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, ideally within a consulting environment
- Background delivering projects across multiple asset classes such as hotels, offices, leisure, mixed-use, or commercial developments
- Strong understanding of project governance, cost control, and risk management
- Native German speaker or equivalent proficiency, with the ability to work confidently in German
- Very good command of English (spoken and written)
- Confident communicator with a client-focused, solution-oriented mindset
- Eligible to work in Germany on a permanent basis
