A well-established international consultancy is continuing to expand its project management capability in Italy and is seeking a Project Manager to join the team.
They are interested in individuals who have experience delivering data centre developments or other technically complex construction projects, particularly those involving significant mechanical, electrical or specialist infrastructure systems.
The role will involve working closely with clients and project teams to manage developments from planning and design stages through to construction and completion, ensuring projects are delivered in line with programme, budget and technical requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the management of projects across multiple delivery stages
- Coordinating consultants, contractors and engineering teams
- Monitoring project progress, programme and budgets
- Supporting procurement processes and appointment of project teams
- Managing communication between clients and project stakeholders
- Supporting delivery of projects with complex building systems or infrastructure
What they’re looking for:
- Experience working within a construction consultancy or project management consultancy
- Experience delivering data centres or technically complex developments
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Fluent Italian and English required
