Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager – Back Office for one of our clients based in Luxembourg. The consultant will assist the team and Operation Department in framing and preparing the coming changes, Front to Middle to Back (including NAV, Reporting, etc.), impacting the operational set up, and ensure for each a smooth roll out.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects (digitalization, process optimization, implementation of tools, reporting consolidation).
  • Develop the project schedule, define milestones, monitor risks, and ensure the management of corrective actions.
  • Write and maintain project documentation: specifications, functional requirements, meeting minutes, test reports, and user guides.
  • Facilitate business workshops, gather requirements, and prioritize needs with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate suppliers and external service providers, monitor deliverables

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have over 10 years of experience in Project Management in Back Office environments
  • Strong knowledge of Asset management and expertise in Back Offices (Fund Accounting, Transfert Agent, Custody, Depobank, Fund Dealing Servicies) is required.
  • Good command of project management methods (Agile, Prince2, PMBOK, or equivalent) and planning tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, etc.).
  • Ability to write clear and structured deliverables: specifications, requirements documents, reports.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate multidisciplinary workshops.
  • Analytical mind, rigor, service orientation, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Professional English is required; fluency in French is essential.
