Role Requirements
· Proven experience leading HV/electrical packages on complex projects
· BESS / energy storage experience (preferred, but not mandatory)
· Strong understanding of renewable energy construction environments
· Ability to manage all phases of the project lifecycle
· Experienced in contractor, subcontractor, and stakeholder coordination
· Strong communication and reporting skills
