BESS Project Manager (Freelance)

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical and organisational capability, with a background managing electrical work packages across large‑scale energy or infrastructure projects. Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is highly desirable, and high‑voltage expertise is essential.

Role Requirements

· Proven experience leading HV/electrical packages on complex projects

· BESS / energy storage experience (preferred, but not mandatory)

· Strong understanding of renewable energy construction environments

· Ability to manage all phases of the project lifecycle

· Experienced in contractor, subcontractor, and stakeholder coordination

· Strong communication and reporting skills
