About the Role

• Work side by side with all managers in the operations department to identify key data. 
• Work on our framework strategy and work towards a great data model to improve decision making efficiency. 
• Aggregate, consolidate and correlate data. 
• Make qualified data available to your stakeholders and help them find continuous improvement opportunities and consequently drive efficiency & quality improvement. 
• Working cross-functionally to help define problems through data collection and creative analytical models. 
• Help identify dirty data and drive owners to clean up. 
• Develop dashboards and reports highlighting performance trends, failure clusters, and improvement opportunities. 
  
  

About You

We are looking for someone curious, analytical, and hands-on, who enjoys working with data and solving problems. 

This role is ideal for students who want to build real-world experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and operational analytics. 

Must-haves

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• Analytical mindset and curiosity to understand the story behind data 
• Experience with Power BI or familiarity with the tool
• Familiarity with data analysis and exploratory data analysis (EDA) 
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases 
• Comfortable working with large datasets and identifying patterns, trends, and outliers 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Good communication skills in English 
• Detail-oriented, proactive in approach, and collaborative with colleagues 

Nice-to-haves

• Context on how operational teams operate and measure their performance. 
• Experience with Python for data analysis 
• Familiarity with tools such as Grafana, Excel, Jira, or Apache Superset 
• Experience working with JSON or XML data formats 
• Interest in operational analytics or telecom / technology environments
