We are seeking an experienced professional in digital project manager in Madrid. The Digital Project Manager will lead the exploration, evaluation, and delivery of both AI‑powered agentic solutions and third‑party softwareproducts (ISVs) that have the potential to bring significant efficiency improvements, automation, or new business capabilities.

This role coordinates multiple innovation pilots, manages the lifecycle from incubation to scaling, and ensures that learnings evolve into structured product frameworks.

The position requires continuous collaboration with business stakeholders, digital SMEs, IT teams across GBUs and markets, and external technology partners and vendors.


Key Responsibilities:

• Innovation Project Management

Lead end‑to‑end execution of innovation pilots (AI agents & ISVs), ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business and CIO priorities. Coordinate collaboration between Business, Digital and IT Delivery teams.

• Product & Framework Development

Consolidate learnings from pilots and create reusable frameworks, documentation, and templates covering value, user experience, ROI, requirements, and Responsible AI guidelines.

• Technology Scouting & Vendor Evaluation

Identify emerging technologies and assess ISVs or external partners through POCs, feasibility reviews, and risk analysis. Maintain a structured pipeline of digital solutions.

• Knowledge Transfer & Scaling

Promote consistent knowledge sharing, prepare operational readiness materials, and ensure successful adoption of solutions across markets and GBUs.

• Innovation & Change Support

Educate teams on AI and digital capabilities, foster a culture of experimentation, and support the change and adoption process.

• Stakeholder Management

Work closely with business SMEs, maintain strong relationships across international teams, and communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership.

• External Partnerships

Collaborate with AI providers and software vendors, evaluate capabilities, and manage relationships to ensure high‑quality delivery and continuous improvement.


Required Qualifications:

Education

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

-Proven experience in innovation, digital product development, POCs, or technology scouting.

-Experience managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced, matrix environment.

-Strong understanding of AI technologies, agentic systems, and SaaS/ISV ecosystems.

-Familiarity with innovation frameworks, product lifecycle management, or design thinking.

-Ability to evaluate business value, perform cost‑benefit analysis, and build solid business cases.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build positive relationships with business stakeholders.

-Strong organizational skills and the ability to drive cross‑functional alignment.
