*** Android Developer - 6 Months + Contract - Hybrid - Sweden ***
RED now has a new contract opportunity for an Android Developer to join one of our key partners for a new mobile and energy optimisation platform project. The initial contract will be for 6 months with a scope for extension.
This contract is to start ASAP and will be hybrid, with 3 days per week on-site in Malmo.
Specific skills/experience required:
- 5+ years of experience with Android development and Kotlin.
- 5+ years of experience in the overall mobile development space.
- Strong experience with modern Android architecture (MVVM / Clean Architecture / Jetpack components).
- Experience with building production-grade Android applications.
- Experience integrating with REST APIs and collaborating with backend teams.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, IoT services, and real-time data integrations.
- Experience with the energy industry / energy markets.
- Excellent communication skills with English and Swedish.
- Able to join ASAP.
