Enertek Group is partnering with a leading financial services organisation based in Stockholm, Sweden, specialising in investment management and digital financial solutions for both private and institutional clients. As part of their continued AI-driven transformation strategy, they are expanding their artificial intelligence and machine learning capability.

On their behalf, we are seeking an experienced AI Engineer currently based in Sweden to support the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions that enhance business intelligence, automate decision-making, and power next-generation digital financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models to support intelligent financial applications
• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines and production-ready AI systems
• Develop and optimise models for areas such as risk analysis, fraud detection, forecasting, and customer insights
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineering teams to operationalise models in production environments
• Implement model monitoring, retraining workflows, and performance optimisation strategies
• Translate complex technical solutions into clear outcomes for business stakeholders
• Ensure AI systems comply with financial regulations, model governance standards, and responsible AI practices
• Work with large-scale datasets and distributed computing environments
• Contribute to experimentation frameworks and continuous innovation in AI-driven products

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer within an enterprise environment (financial services or fintech preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Experience building production ML systems, pipelines, and model deployment workflows
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and model optimisation techniques
• Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or similar)
• Strong SQL and data engineering fundamentals for working with large datasets
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Understanding of AI governance, model monitoring, and regulatory considerations in financial environments
• Strong communication skills in English; Swedish is advantageous
