During the spring of 2020 Hailey HR was founded. We're a Swedish SaaS HR-tech company that want to digitalise, simplify and modernise the HR industry with our HR-system - join us on our journey!

About the position 💼

As an AI Software Developer at Hailey HR, you will be a part of our development team that includes frontend & backend developers - working in close collaborations with Quality Assurance Engineers, UX designers and Product owners to ensure continuous and accurate deliveries of high quality.

Haileys platform manages large volumes of structured data and, with a growing customer base, we are in a unique position to create significant value through AI. We see strong opportunities to streamline processes and enable large-scale automation for HR, managers, and employees. As part of this journey, we are looking for analytically strong individuals to join our AI development team and help contribute building a range of AI-powered tools for our customers.

What you will do:

• Architect and implement AI and LLM features in Hailey
• Ensure we utilize the latest and greatest LLM features, agentic tools etc
• Support our developers in implementing AI features in Hailey
• Develop evaluation tools and benchmarks for AI systems

What are we looking for?

• Strong interest in programming
• A person with strong analytical abilities. Someone curious and eager to learn new technologies and AI models, proactive in taking initiative, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Education: Newly graduated in a Master’s degree in Engineering Physics, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• Language: Full professional fluency in Swedish and strong English skills, both spoken and written.
