We are currently searching for a freelance NetSuite Project Manager to support a major ERP integration and finance transformation project.
Start: Late March / Early April
Duration: 6–8 Months +
Location: Stockholm (Hybrid – ideally 2–3 days per week on-site)
Tasks Include:
- Act as the internal lead for the finance workstream during a NetSuite implementation and integration project.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the business and the external NetSuite implementation partner.
- Drive the project forward from the business side, ensuring alignment between finance, technology, and operational stakeholders.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders including the Head of Accounting, CIO, and billing leadership.
- Coordinate internal project activities and ensure required deliverables (data, templates, processes, documentation) are completed in line with the implementation timeline.
- Provide strategic guidance and act as a sparring partner to the implementation partner, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Support the definition and optimisation of key finance processes including areas such as lead-to-cash and billing flows.
- Coordinate integrations between NetSuite and other business systems within the wider technology ecosystem.
- Ensure project milestones are met by managing dependencies, escalating risks, and maintaining clear communication across teams.
- Contribute hands-on where required, supporting finance teams with operational tasks and project deliverables.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience delivering NetSuite implementations or major NetSuite transformation projects.
- Solid background in finance or accounting with a strong understanding of finance processes.
- Experience working in SaaS or subscription-based business environments.
- Proven experience leading ERP implementation projects involving multiple stakeholders and system integrations.
- Ability to operate as a bridge between finance, technology, and external implementation partners.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced transformation environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Fluent English required.
