About The Assignment
This assignment is an opportunity to shape and lead a data-driven HR function within a global organization. You will work in a small, agile team and play a key role in turning workforce data into actionable insights, strengthening data quality, supporting compliance, and driving AI initiatives across HR.
Job Description
- Architect and drive the HR data strategy to turn complex workforce data into actionable business insights.
- Implement and maintain a data-driven HR function with high data quality and clear ownership across the full HR data lifecycle.
- Establish and manage data compliance processes, including data purge activities related to personnel data.
- Ensure accurate position management in HRIS and support headcount management, forecasting, and reporting accuracy.
- Own, report, and develop HR KPIs that measure organizational health and performance.
- Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to translate workforce data into relevant HR initiatives.
- Manage internal and external HR reporting, including recurring headcount reporting.
- Act as the main point of contact for AI-related HR initiatives and support adoption and automation within the HR function.
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or Statistics.
- Experience with People Analytics methods and software.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI.
- Experience working with HRIS systems.
- Proven track record of implementing AI solutions or participating in AI steering committees in a corporate environment.
- Good understanding of data privacy laws such as GDPR and compliance processes related to personnel data.
- Strong ability to synthesize data into clear summaries and business-relevant context.
- Extensive hands-on knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and the ability to apply analytics within the HR function.
- Ability to communicate technical analytics and AI concepts in a clear and actionable way to non-technical stakeholders.
- High accuracy in position tracking, headcount forecasting, and organizational reporting.
