About the Role

We are looking for a Software Development Team Lead who is highly enthusiastic about Agentic Workflows and AI-augmented development tools, and who is excited to help us grow in this area.

We’ll look to you for:

• Leading hands-on while staying close to the code and empowering a cross-functional squad.
• Communicating with clarity and respect, and bridging technical disciplines with stakeholders effectively.
• Applying an AI-first mindset to redesign how software is built—moving away from boilerplate work toward orchestrating AI agents for complex problems.
• Using AI agents in architectural design, backlog refinement, and technical decision-making, and leading by example in modern engineering.
• Balancing technical excellence with business value and delivery efficiency through a strategic, pragmatic approach.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record in leadership.
• Strong expertise in .NET / .NET Core, OOP, and microservices architecture.
• Practical experience with Docker, Kafka, RDBMS, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, performance monitoring, and CI/CD ecosystems.
• Experience designing scalable systems that reduce future technical change costs.
• Experience leading teams with AI-augmented tools while maintaining system integrity.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated architectural patterns and ensure long-term maintainability.
• Experience integrating agentic workflows to automate leadership and coordination tasks.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional squad (Backend, Frontend, iOS, Android, QA), aligning delivery with the product roadmap and business goals.
• Manage and grow the team through 1:1s, feedback, hiring support, and career development.
• Improve code quality through strong review habits, coaching, and reduced technical debt.
• Increase reliability and performance through observability, incident learning, and metrics-driven improvements.
• Guide architectural decisions to keep systems simple, scalable, and maintainable.
• Promote a security-first mindset and encourage secure-by-default engineering practices.
• Unblock delivery by resolving technical and team conflicts quickly and fairly.
• Work closely with Product, Data, and Design to shape solutions and influence product direction.
• Lead AI adoption by documenting best practices and coaching engineers to collaborate effectively with AI.
• Integrate AI across the SDLC with clear KPIs and human-in-the-loop checks, keeping quality and accountability high.
