I’m currently looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join a small, highly skilled team working on flagship AI and Machine Learning solutions in the Credit & Lending domain.

You’ll be part of a team of six engineers building innovative solutions that transform how financial institutions leverage data and AI. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on delivering high-impact, production-grade AI systems.

📍 Location: Kraków (hybrid – approx. 6 days/month in the office)

What you’ll be working on

• Designing and building scalable AI/ML solutions for complex financial data

• Leading technical design and engineering execution of key AI initiatives

• Developing systems using LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and agentic architectures

• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Mentoring engineers and helping drive engineering excellence and AI best practices

• Evaluating and prototyping emerging technologies in the LLM/GenAI ecosystem

Tech stack & expertise

• Python (strong focus on ML/AI ecosystem)

• Experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures

• PostgreSQL, Redis, vector databases, Pub/Sub systems

• Microservices architecture, APIs, observability, concurrency

• Cloud: Azure or GCP

• Containers & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes

• CI/CD: Jenkins, Azure DevOps or GCP Cloud Build

• Experience with TDD / BDD and high-quality engineering practices
