We are looking for a motivated AI Software Engineer who is excited about building real-world AI products. You will join a small team developing internal AI-powered solutions that support and improve our business operations.

This role is ideal for someone with a few years of commercial software development experience who wants to grow their expertise in applied AI while working closely with a Senior AI Engineer.

You will contribute to building, integrating, and maintaining AI-driven tools, while learning modern AI development practices and architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal AI-powered applications and tools
• Collaborate closely with a Senior AI Engineer to implement AI solutions
• Build backend services and integrations using Python or TypeScript
• Implement and integrate AI models, APIs, and automation workflows
• Follow technical guidance and development standards from the AI engineering team
• Participate in testing, debugging, and improving AI systems
• Continuously learn and apply new AI and software engineering techniques

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial software development experience
• Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript
• Interest in AI, machine learning, and modern AI tools
• Ability to work independently while following technical guidance
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Must be based in Warsaw (this role requires local presence)

Nice to Have

• Experience working with AI APIs (e.g., LLMs, OpenAI, etc.)
• Familiarity with backend development and API design
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of machine learning workflows or data pipelines
