Main Responsibilities

• Develop user-centric design strategies for Tatilbudur’s website, mobile site, and applications (iOS & Android) to enhance overall user satisfaction.
• Create wireframes and prototypes that simplify complex booking flows and user journeys, transforming them into intuitive and seamless experiences.
• Maintain and evolve our Design System, ensuring visual consistency and brand integrity across all digital touchpoints.
• Produce high-fidelity interface designs using Figma and manage smooth hand-off processes to development teams through Zeplin/Figma.
• Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to conceptualize and design alternative solutions for conversion-oriented A/B tests.
• Translate insights gathered from user research and data analytics into actionable, high-impact design solutions.

Qualifications

• University degree in related fields with at least 6-7 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics, user behavior, and conversion optimization.
• Advanced expertise in Figma and Zeplin.
• Closely following web and mobile (iOS/Android) design trends, with a solid command of Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design standards.
• An analytical mindset capable of breaking down complex problems and solving them through user-friendly, elegant interface designs.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong command of technical terminology to work in perfect harmony with software development teams.
