Machine Learning Junior

Warsaw/Gdańsk - (5 days per week from the office)

A great opportunity to step into the AI world. As a Junior ML Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping next‑generation generative AI by producing high‑quality annotations across multiple data types.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English plus one additional EU language such as French, Italian, or German.
• 0–3 years of experience in data, operations, linguistics, analytics, or similar areas.
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, gained through studies, courses, or academic projects.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with various data types.
• Confidence in handling ambiguity and making well‑reasoned decisions.
• Good communication skills and a proactive, learning‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Handle sensitive data with full confidentiality and care.
• Annotate and evaluate multi‑modal content using internal tools and clear guidelines.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and high quality across all assigned tasks.
• Make well‑reasoned decisions even when instructions or data are ambiguous.
• Switch between different task types efficiently while keeping strong quality standards.
• Identify process gaps or operational issues and suggest practical improvements.
• Support daily operations and assist in clarifying internal questions when needed.
