About the Project

We are delivering one of the most important, strategic, and complex infrastructure projects in the region — the FSRU Terminal in Gdańsk, a key investment strengthening Poland’s and the region’s energy security.


We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to join our project team. The candidate will be responsible for cybersecurity design, implementation oversight, and compliance management across OT/SCADA and IT systems.


Join an international team working on a large-scale offshore and onshore construction project.


Your responsibilities

  • Lead the basic and detailed design of cybersecurity architecture for OT/SCADA and IT systems in line with project specifications and international standards.
  • Review and approve cybersecurity-related vendor documentation, equipment, and materials.
  • Develop and maintain Cybersecurity Risk Assessments and threat analysis for industrial control systems.
  • Define and enforce network segmentation, access control, and security zone requirements (ISA/IEC 62443).
  • Coordinate with I&C, IT, and Operations teams to ensure cybersecurity requirements are integrated across all disciplines.
  • Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) from a cybersecurity perspective.
  • Prepare and review Method Statements, ITPs, and technical reports related to cybersecurity scope.
  • Contribute to progress reporting and milestone tracking for cybersecurity deliverables.
  • Liaise with client and regulatory bodies on cybersecurity compliance matters.


Our requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role on industrial/EPC projects.
  • Strong knowledge of OT/SCADA Cybersecurity standards and IT security frameworks.
  • Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and relevant EU/Polish cybersecurity regulations.
  • Experience in LNG, oil & gas, petrochemical, or power sector projects is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Polish is an advantage
