We are seeking an experienced Fraud Monitoring Specialist for our Digital Securities Technology Team.

Minimum Technical Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics, Statistics or Cyber Security programs
• At least 2-5 years of experience in fraud prevention in the banking sector, Electronic Money Companies or Payment Service Providers and who want to improve themselves in this field,
• Who will be able to work in a 24/7 shift system,
• Strong analytical skills, goal and result oriented,
• Strong communication and coordination skills, team oriented,
• Preferably with a good command of English,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Having knowledge about SQL language,
• Boundary-pushing, courageous and open-minded,
• For male candidates, military service completed.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring suspicious transactions made through credit cards, debit cards, POS, internet banking/mobile Banking, call center and ATM channels and taking actions to prevent fraud (customer transaction confirmation, card closure, POS closure, account blocking, etc.)
• Taking necessary actions regarding suspicious transactions communicated from BKM Security Portal, MasterCard, Visa,
• To investigate fraud-related letters received from official institutions and provide the necessary information
• Informing the relevant teams about the misuse of credit cards,
• Security issues related to the delivery and use of credit and debit cards to evaluate,
• Informing the manager and relevant teams about the misuse of POSs,
• Conducting necessary investigations on fraud cases, informing the relevant persons and institutions to inform,
• Conducting necessary investigations into fraudulent expenditure appeals.
