Role Description
This is a remote full-time role for a Technical Project Manager at Imona Technologies A.S.
In this role, you will work closely with enterprise customers who use the ImonaGame platform in their internal projects. Your main responsibility will be to understand customer needs, gather and analyze requirements, and configure the platform to match customer use cases.
You will act as the bridge between customers and the technical team. This includes translating customer requirements into tasks for developers, tracking implementation progress, validating delivered features through product testing, and coordinating platform deployment with the customer.
The role requires strong communication with customers at a technical level, ensuring that solutions are implemented correctly and delivered with high quality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Turkish and English
- 3–7 years of experience in IT project management, product implementation, or software delivery
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into functional requirements
- Experience coordinating between customers and software development teams
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate project progress, identify challenges, and propose solutions
- Familiarity with software platforms, enterprise applications, or SaaS products
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal technical teams
- Ability to track development tasks and ensure timely delivery
- Experience performing functional validation or testing of implemented features
- Ability to identify and escalate project or technical risks when needed
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience using project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Experience working with enterprise customers
