(Senior) Manager – Digital Transformation

A leading consulting organisation in Norway is seeking an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join their Digital Transformation practice in Oslo. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, organisational change and technology enablement — ideal for a consultant who can bridge technical capabilities with measurable business outcomes.

The successful candidate will bring strong management consulting experience and a proven track record of delivering transformation from initial concept through to full operating model implementation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver digital transformation initiatives across multiple client environments
• Drive optimisation and modernisation programmes, improving efficiency and performance
• Advise clients on technology enablement and its impact on organisational processes
• Shape and implement new operating models aligned to strategic objectives
• Guide process transformation and organisational change initiatives
• Operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, including board-level and C‑suite stakeholders
• Provide thought leadership and help clients navigate complex business and technology challenges
• Support business development, proposal creation, and practice growth

• Required Experience & ProfilePrior experience in management consulting (essential)
• Strong background in digital transformation, organisational change, and operating model design
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale transformation from concept through implementation
• Experience advising senior stakeholders, including executives and board members
• Strong understanding of business processes, technology adoption, and enterprise transformation
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex topics for non-technical audiences
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting capabilities
