Flatgigs is hiring Senior Technology Engineers (DevOps - CI/CD) for a confidential client in the banking technology sector.
This role focuses on building and maintaining enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms, supporting large-scale application deployments and platform engineering initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with OpenShift-based platforms, CI/CD automation, DevSecOps tooling, and containerized environments.
This role will contribute to improving deployment automation, application security integration, and platform reliability across digital banking platforms.
Key Responsibilities
CI/CD Pipeline Development
Work with DevOps and platform engineering tools including:
This role focuses on building and maintaining enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms, supporting large-scale application deployments and platform engineering initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with OpenShift-based platforms, CI/CD automation, DevSecOps tooling, and containerized environments.
This role will contribute to improving deployment automation, application security integration, and platform reliability across digital banking platforms.
Key Responsibilities
CI/CD Pipeline Development
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for enterprise applications
- Automate build, testing, and deployment processes using DevOps best practices
- Support continuous integration and continuous delivery across multiple development teams
- Manage and support OpenShift-based container platforms
- Implement scalable deployment pipelines for containerized applications
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance across environments
- Integrate security scanning and code analysis tools into CI/CD pipelines
- Support secure development practices through automated security checks
- Ensure pipelines comply with enterprise security and governance standards
Work with DevOps and platform engineering tools including:
- Jenkins
- GitHub
- OpenShift / Kubernetes
- Service Mesh frameworks
- API management platforms
- SonarQube
- Checkmarx
- Sysdig
- Software Composition Analysis (SCA)
- CoSign
- Work closely with development, architecture, and security teams
- Support platform improvements and DevOps automation initiatives
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and improve pipeline efficiency
- Contribute to DevOps standards, automation frameworks, and best practices
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline design and automation
- Hands-on experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes platforms
- Experience with Jenkins and GitHub-based CI/CD workflows
- Knowledge of containerized application deployment
- Experience integrating DevSecOps tools into CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in banking, fintech, or regulated enterprise environments
- Familiarity with service mesh architectures
- Experience with API management platforms
- Exposure to cloud-native platform engineering practices
- 5+ years of DevOps / Platform Engineering experience
- Strong understanding of CI/CD best practices and automation frameworks
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise application deployments
- Ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional engineering teams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
