We are seeking an experienced Product Manager specializing in AI-driven products within Financial Services to lead the development of intelligent solutions that enhance decision-making, automate processes, and deliver meaningful value to customers and the business.

This role requires a strong combination of product management expertise, financial services knowledge, and understanding of AI/ML technologies. The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, data science, compliance, and business teams to design, build, and scale AI-enabled products while ensuring alignment with regulatory and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Roadmap

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered solutions within financial services.
• Identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence and data to improve operational efficiency, risk management, and customer experience.
• Align product initiatives with business objectives and industry trends.

Product Development and Delivery

• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and analytics teams to design and launch AI-based products.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and design to launch and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with stakeholders across technology, risk, compliance, and operations to ensure product alignment and successful delivery.
• Communicate product priorities, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

AI Product Management

• Define requirements for data models, machine learning workflows, and AI-powered capabilities.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance, accuracy, and fairness.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to responsible AI principles and regulatory expectations.

Market and Customer Insights

• Conduct market analysis and customer research to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Stay informed on emerging trends in fintech, AI technologies, and digital financial services.

Product Performance

• Establish and track product KPIs and performance metrics.
• Use insights and data to refine product features and drive continuous improvement.

Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, payments
• Experience developing or managing AI-driven or data-centric products
• Strong ability to collaborate with engineering and data science teams
