HR Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment for entry-level roles and support hiring for mid and senior positions.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, and relocation processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide improvement recommendations.
- Deliver new hire orientation and monitor training completion (Dubizzle, Bayut, Property Finder, developers).
- Support performance review cycles and payroll documentation.
- Prepare HR documents such as NOCs and salary certificates.
- Maintain employee records in the HR system.
- Manage visa renewals and cancellations.
- Act as the main contact for HR queries and provide HR support to the Group CEO.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration preferred) and HR qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of HR operations experience.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
