We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator – Digital Platforms to support the execution and coordination of digital initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment in Dubai.

This role will involve working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination, documentation, and tracking of digital projects.


Job Title: Project Coordinator – Digital Platforms

Location: Dubai, UAE

Contract Duration: 12 months (Extendable upon mutual agreement)

Salary: Open – based on experience


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the leadership team.

• Coordinate meetings, maintain project trackers, and document action points.

• Support preparation of presentations, reports, and project documentation.

• Manage procurement-related processes including purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoice tracking.

• Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Procurement, IT, and other stakeholders.

• Liaise with vendors and external partners to track deliverables and project updates.

• Maintain organized project documentation including contracts, approvals, and reports.

• Prepare regular status updates and assist with portfolio reporting.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or similar roles.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and vendors.

• Basic understanding of procurement processes, invoices, or purchase orders is an advantage.

• Good communication and reporting skills.
