OpenReplay is an open-source session replay and product analytics platform that helps businesses observe, measure and iterate on their web apps faster. We’re a well-funded startup, backed by some of the best angels and VCs around the world, including Y Combinator.

We’re looking for a talented AI Engineer. You’ll be a key player in a small and highly-collaborative team, working on the latest technologies, and directly shaping the future of our product and company.

What you’ll do

• Design, build and maintain agents that learn from session replays and surface issues and recommendations for different personas
• Collaborate closely with engineering to improve existing pipelines and implement context enrichment strategies that maximize outcome
• Deliver production-ready features by leveraging existing pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, LLMs and orchestration frameworks
• Partner with customers to turn impactful use cases into product features
• Stay current with the latest advancements in LLMs, agent architectures and AI tooling

What we’re looking for

• Proficiency in Python with proven ability to build product applications
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph)
• Good knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices and cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
• Exposure to OLAP and vector databases (ClickHouse is a big plus)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure
