Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Blockchain Industry

We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and drive our client outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients in the blockchain/crypto industry using platforms like Telegram and relevant job boards.
- Sales Outreach: Initiate conversations with potential clients through cold outreach, focusing on understanding their needs and how we can provide talent solutions.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with prospects by regularly following up, providing insights, and maintaining clear communication.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage client leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining an organized pipeline.
- Hustler Mentality: Consistently strive to exceed outreach targets, meet KPIs, and be resourceful in finding new ways to engage potential clients.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and news to position our agency as a thought leader and trusted partner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in B2B sales at a recruitment agency OR in blockchain in a hard requirement.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with cold emailing and cold calling prospects.
- Familiarity with job boards and other lead generation tools in the recruitment or blockchain space.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Understanding of the blockchain/crypto ecosystem.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
