The Product Manager Timepieces SEA is responsible for the product strategy, supporting the Marketing Manager and working closely with the Retail team. (S)He will initiate and coordinate the 360-action plan with SEA office stakeholders and APA Regional team to drive the performance of the Timepieces collections. Key role to understand the Watches market landscape, the Product Manager Timepieces SEA will analyze business trends across different sub-collections to identify needs and propose actions to drive further growth.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Drive Product Strategy
- Lead the 360-orchestration for launches and major activations through the year with Communication/CRM/VM/Retail teams, conduct pre-launch analysis, stock allocation and ensure the operational deployment
- Animate existing collections as per the yearly plan strategy and propose additional ad-hoc action plans
- High-end watches/Extraordinary objects development in close collaboration with SEA High-end Development Manager
- Regular sharing with Regional team to convey SEA potential and promote our markets singularities
- Analysis on monthly sales, novelties sales trends, ongoing performance vs forecast / vs budget, growth vs other APA markets
- Comprehensive yearly analysis and strategy input
- Support daily business by ensuring optimal stock with Merchandising Team through regular rebalancing
- Participate to yearly forecasts exercise by developing relevant analysis and markets knowledge to propose accurate forecasting
- Convey product knowledge through regular in-store training/activities
- Create new sales tools / watch related content to support Boutiques teams
- Acquire and share competitive intelligence on product offers from competition
- Animate the retail Timepieces community in collaboration with the SEA Training Manager (bi-monthly gatherings organisation, local watch board creation…)
