We are looking for a Senior UX / Product Experience Designer to help define the product experience at its foundation.

This is not a decorative role.

This is architectural.

The Role

You will shape how users experience emotionally intelligent AI.

You will design systems that:

Your work should elevate elephAi from “another app” into a refined product experience users want to return to daily.

You will collaborate directly with leadership, ML engineers, and product to ensure design is integrated into the core system — not layered on top.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX architecture for elephAi
• Design interaction flows and behavioral journeys
• Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma
• Define micro-interactions and motion principles
• Create App Store and Google Play assets
• Design and refine app iconography and store visuals
• Contribute to broader product and brand experience

You will ensure the product feels:

What We’re Looking For

You:

• Have strong experience designing mobile-first products
• Understand UX hierarchy, cognitive load, and interaction psychology
• Think in systems, not just screens
• Know when to use trends and when to avoid them
• Can defend design decisions with clarity
• Are comfortable shaping early-stage product direction

Technical expectations:

• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Experience designing App Store / Google Play assets
• Experience building scalable component systems
• Strong command of modern design tools
• Experience working closely with engineering teams
