Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 6+ years of DevOps experience
- Hands-on experience designing solutions in cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, Rackspace)
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (TeamCity, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
- Experience managing SaaS applications with Java, Spring Boot, Oracle
- Deep understanding of observability tools like Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, ELK/EFK
- Knowledge of networking, Linux environments, and incident management
- Proven leadership skills in mentoring engineering teams
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies
Responsibilities
- Champion DevOps best practices, fostering a culture of automation and continuous feedback
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as Code (IaC) in cloud/hybrid environments
- Ensure infrastructure and systems are scalable, secure, and cost-effective
- Lead observability and incident management initiatives, defining KPIs to drive improvements
