What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Participate in Sprint ceremonies based on assigned initiatives
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Manage internal and external customer expectations and stakeholder expectations
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• A four-year college degree and/or a minimum of three years of IT relevant work experience
• Understanding of Agile methodology
• Experience working in a Scrum environment
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Professional PBM and/or Pharmacy industry work experience
• Agile or Scrum Master training
• Continuous deployment experience
• Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
