The Project Manager leads the full EPIC tendering and execution lifecycle for the PS2 Maydan Mahzam Oil Field Redevelopment Project, serving as the single point of accountability to ensure safe, on‑schedule, and cost‑effective delivery in alignment with the Project Management Framework.
Key Scope Highlights
- Delivery of a new PS2 production station, including Process (PS2K), Utilities & Living Quarters (PS2L), Riser (PS2R), flare systems, and interconnecting bridges with structural props.
- Brownfield modifications to existing PS2C and PS2J facilities.
- Installation of a new 16‑slot remote Wellhead Platform with associated subsea pipelines and umbilicals.
- Construction of new oil, gas, and NGL export subsea pipelines from PS2 to Halul Island.
- Structural props at multiple remote wellhead jackets.
- Infield subsea pipelines, umbilicals, and power cables.
- Installation of 132 kV submarine composite cables from Halul Island to PS2L.
- 20+ years of project experience in the oil & gas industry, including 10+ years in senior project management roles delivering major offshore EPIC projects globally, preferably within the Arabian Gulf region.
- Proven capability in managing Offshore EPIC tendering and execution for large-scale Greenfield and Brownfield developments, including fabrication, subsea installation, and commissioning.
- Strong English communication skills, with demonstrated excellence in presentations, report writing, meeting leadership, and cross‑discipline team facilitation.
- Deep familiarity with engineering and design standards, offshore fabrication, installation, hook‑up, and commissioning practices, including Shell DEPs and all relevant international offshore oil & gas codes and standards.
- B.Sc. degree or Higher in Engineering
- Specialized training in Project Management, Leadership, Team Building, Negotiation and Conflict Management.
- Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent) or certified PMP member.
