Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, method statements, contract requirements, and applicable quality standards.
The QA/QC Engineer shall coordinate with the project team, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to implement the project quality plan and maintain the required quality records throughout the project lifecycle.
Specific Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures, including clear processes for sampling, testing, and design/manufacturing controls.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing in alignment with established quality standards.
- Arrange for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and other specialized inspections as required.
- Ensure accurate completion and management of all quality-related documentation including quality records, acceptance certificates, and completion certificates.
- Coordinate and compile quality dossiers for each manufactured system, including build documentation, drawings, user manuals, and other relevant information.
- Monitor and control the status of punch lists and audit points resulting from client inspections and internal/external audits.
- Assist the Procurement team with external/vendor audits to verify compliance with applicable quality standards and specifications.
- Organize and oversee calibration and certification of tools, instruments, and equipment.
- Diploma or higher in any branch of engineering from an accredited University
- Demonstrates the highest level of personal integrity and ethical standards.

- Effective planning and organizational skills.
