Responsibilities
- Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor the health and performance of the cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and identify areas for optimization.
- Technical Issue Resolution: Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Installation & Configuration: Participate in the installation and configuration of AWS, VMware, and Nutanix components to ensure the robustness of our cloud systems.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with the team to ensure the reliability, stability, and efficiency of our cloud-based systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and exposure to AWS, Linux, Windows, VMware, or Nutanix is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to learning.
