Role Description

In this role you will primarily manage payroll and attendance processes while supporting compensation structuring and HR data analysis. The role requires strong analytical ability, accuracy in payroll operations and a curiosity to understand and improve salary structures, compensation inputs, and HR metrics.


Responsibilities

  1. Support payroll processing and resolve employee queries related to salary, PF, ESI, and attendance
  2. Coordinate in end-to-end payroll processing for all employees ensuring 100% accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
  3. Manage time and attendance systems and leave management
  4. Ensure compliance with statutory payroll requirements and other applicable regulations and maintain related documentation.
  5. Assist in reviewing salary structures, compensation components and benefits frameworks.
  6. Help in preparing MIS reports and provide support during statutory audits.
  7. Handle full & final settlements and employee master data management
  8. Manage and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring accurate employee data, payroll integration, and process efficiency.
  9. Perform HR data analysis and present insights
  10. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
  11. Identify opportunities to improve payroll accuracy, reporting, and HR data insights.



Qualification

  • Master’s /Bachelor’s degree in HR, or related field with 2-3 years of working experience in payroll and compliances
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing , compliance and labor laws.
  • Proficient in MS Office specially in MS Word and MS Excel Word for reporting and documentation. Working knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage
  • Strong Analytical skills

  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • Good understanding of time & attendance systems
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Experience working with payroll or HRMS software
