Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Support Manager who will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients using the Auvvance platform. The ideal candidate will guide users through onboarding, transactions, and trading processes while resolving queries efficiently and collaborating internally to improve customer journeys.


Key Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through onboarding, deposits/withdrawals, token purchases, trading, and redemption processes.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries via email and chat, including account-related, trading, and technical issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, and operations teams to improve customer journeys and resolve systemic issues.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of platform features, digital asset markets, and Web3 ecosystem developments.
  • Contribute to SOPs, knowledge base documentation, and continuous support process improvements.
  • Monitor customer feedback and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the user experience.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Client Support within a trading platform, fintech, crypto, or digital asset services firm.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English mandatory).
  • Good understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain, and digital assets (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in Client support.
