Technical Product Manager - Hybrid in London

I am looking to speak with Technical Product Managers who are looking for a people-first leadership position, where you will be partner closely with Product, QA and senior engineering leadership to deliver roadmap commitments on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality, security and compliance.

This is not a hands-on coding role, but you’ll need a strong software engineering background and a solid understanding of modern architecture and delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Engineers, Tech Leads and Principal Engineers
• Own delivery planning, estimation accuracy and milestone accountability
• Drive predictable, on-budget execution across multiple concurrent projects
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, automation and engineering excellence
• Manage performance, progression and hiring
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with relevant security and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex software projects on time and on budget
• Background as a Software Engineer in a product-led environment
• Strong people leadership, coaching and performance management experience
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders
• Calm, resilient and commercially aware
