Product Designer
Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (Inside IR35)
Location: London – 3 Days per Week On-Site

Overview
We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join a multidisciplinary product team on a 6-month contract. This role will focus on delivering intuitive, user-centred digital experiences while working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers. You’ll be involved throughout the product lifecycle—from early discovery and research through to testing, iteration, and delivery—helping to shape solutions that deliver measurable value for users.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery work to better understand user needs, including user research, journey mapping, and defining key problem areas
- Design intuitive product experiences through interaction design, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Run usability testing and validation sessions to gather feedback and refine design solutions
- Use experimentation methods such as A/B testing to evaluate ideas and drive continuous product improvements
- Apply product design best practices across the full lifecycle, from concept through to delivery and optimisation
- Use both qualitative research and quantitative data to inform product and design decisions
- Work within existing design systems while contributing to their ongoing development and improvement
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders in cross-functional teams
- Contribute to agile delivery processes, supporting rapid iteration and incremental product improvements
- Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders when required to align on problems and solutions
- Deliver practical, user-focused solutions that can be launched quickly and refined over time
