Essential Skills and Experience:
• Strong IT engineering background with over 10 years of experience, preferably in
designing and developing microservices based applications
• 5+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master within cloud, DevOps, or platform engineering
environments.
• Strong understanding of AWS services (e.g., EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch) and
cloud operating models.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline,
Bitbucket).
• Understanding of containerisation and orchestration (Docker, ECS, EKS).
• Experience working within regulated or government delivery environments.
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence for Agile tracking and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Application Development and DevOps metrics (DORA metrics,
deployment frequency, MTTR).
• Experience managing technical dependencies and delivery risks in complex environments.
• Exposure to incident, change, and problem management in live cloud environments.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
• IT Certifications
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist
• ITIL v4 Foundation
• Experience working in SC-cleared delivery environments
