Job Description
This role is based in our 5 Howick Place, Victoria, London office
We are looking for highly organized Marketing Project Manager, Partnerships to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of global marketing partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all partnership deliverables are completed on time and measured successfully, driving the success of marketing partnerships that fuel our events around the globe. This role requires excellent organization, attention to detail, and strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing partnership projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, create media kits, marketing deliverables, and work with clients to fulfil execution of agreements and streamline processes to grow efficiency.
Marketing Execution:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute campaign assets across various channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and print.
- Ensure all marketing materials and deliverables align with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Track campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future initiatives.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, digital marketing, and external agencies, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and deliver regular project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Analyze project outcomes and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management within a marketing, partnership, or events environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing processes and tools.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
