From Tenth Revolution Group, we support a consulting company in the search for a Senior .NET & Power Platform Developer to work on end‑to‑end projects involving Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure cloud technologies.

The Role
We are seeking a senior technical profile with strong expertise in .NET, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, and Power Platform, capable of designing, developing, and implementing scalable cloud‑based applications, automations and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop custom extensions and advanced components for Dynamics 365 CE.
- Design and implement business logic using Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Build Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and process automations.
- Design and deliver system integrations using APIs and web services.
- Contribute to end‑to‑end solution architecture within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Model, optimize, and automate business processes using standard and custom capabilities.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience as a Developer or Power Platform Engineer.
- Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (customizations, plugins, extensions).
- Proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, and Visual Studio.
- Experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, or related cloud services.
- Experience building APIs, web services, and integration projects.
- Deep knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and the Power Platform.
- Solid understanding of object‑oriented development.
- German and English C1 (mandatory).
Nice to Have
- Experience in solution architecture with Microsoft technologies.
- Experience in business process modelling and optimization.
- Participation in digital transformation projects involving Dynamics 365.
Location & Work Model
📍 Winterthur, Switzerland.
Hybrid model depending on project requirements.
