Platform / Application Support Engineer responsible for supporting and maintaining a large-scale digital platform running on AWS cloud infrastructure.

The platform includes:

  • Mobile applications (iOS and Android)
  • React-based web frontends
  • 100+ backend microservices developed in Golang
  • API gateway integrations
  • Identity and authentication systems
  • merchant integrations ( React & PHP) across e-commerce platforms
  • cloud-native infrastructure on AWS

The role involves 24×7 L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting distributed systems, supporting platform integrations, and ensuring high availability and reliability of business-critical transaction flows.


Required Skills


  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture
  • Experience supporting Golang-based backend services
  • Knowledge of mobile application integrations (iOS / Android)
  • Experience supporting React-based web applications
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
  • Experience with containerized environments
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployments
  • Experience with API gateway platforms
  • Experience with identity and authentication systems
  • Understanding of application security vulnerabilities and remediation practices
  • Experience supporting dependency updates, security patches, and runtime upgrades
  • Experience working in 24×7 production support environments
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems
