Australia · Contract · Entry

ZIMMERMANN is seeking a highly motivated individual for an exciting opportunity as a Projects Coordinator within our Global Visual Merchandising team. This is a full-time, fixed-term (12 months) role supporting our Global Visual Merchandising department.

About the role:

Reporting to the Global VM Director, the Projects Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation, rollout, and adoption of Zimmermann’s Visual Merchandising Platform globally. Acting as the central link between Global VM, Regional VM teams, Retail Operations, IT, and external vendors, this role ensures seamless coordination of timelines, content, stakeholders, and change management to embed the platform into daily VM execution across all regions.

As the Projects Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the Global VM Director in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, scope, budgets, and risk registers for the VM Platform rollout.
  • Coordinate platform configuration, testing, UAT, pilot phases, and global rollout in partnership with IT and external vendors.
  • Manage end-to-end VM content governance, including seasonal launches, floorplans, version control, and archiving, ensuring clear structure and cadence.
  • Build and manage phased global rollout plans by region, supporting readiness assessments and change management initiatives to drive adoption.
  • Partner with Training and Retail teams to deliver enablement tools such as user guides, how-to videos, FAQs, and best practices.
  • Coordinate training delivery for Regional VM teams and stores, acting as a key point of contact for platform-related queries post-launch.
  • Serve as the central communication hub across stakeholders, organising project meetings, tracking actions, and managing vendor deliverables.
  • Track platform usage, engagement, and execution metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to Global VM leadership.
  • Gather store and regional feedback to support continuous improvement and future platform enhancements.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Business, Design, or a related field (Essential).
  • Experience coordinating digital platforms or operational tools within retail, VM, or store environments.
  • A sound understanding of retail Visual Merchandising principles and store operations; however, prior hands-on VM experience is not essential for this role.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Confidence working across time zones with global teams.
  • Experience working with digital platforms and external vendors (preferred).

Why work with us?

  • Bespoke development plans and access to strong mentors and industry leaders.
  • Ongoing Training and Development opportunities to grow your career within Zimmermann.
  • Generous Employee Discount.
  • Opportunity to progress your career within an Australian global luxury brand, including international opportunities.

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
