OpenReplay is an open-source session replay and product analytics platform that helps businesses observe, measure and iterate on their web apps faster. We’re a well-funded startup, backed by some of the best angels and VCs around the world, including Y Combinator.

We’re looking for a talented Product Designer. You’ll be a key player in a small and highly-collaborative team, working closely with product and engineering to shape the future of our product and company.  

What you’ll do

• Understand user behavior and translate that into intuitive and elevated product experiences
• Own initiatives end-to-end and design flows, components and UI patterns
• Create production-ready specs and functional high-fidelity interfaces
• Communicate ideas through polished prototypes and compelling narratives
• Collaborate with product and engineers by sharing work early and often to align on execution and outcomes
• Shape our product vision through design explorations and presentations

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of relevant design experience
• Portfolio showcasing solid design foundations and beautiful interfaces
• Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools
• Experience with HTML/CSS (JavaScript is a plus)
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a proactive and self-starting mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams and under pressure
• Experience designing developer/technical products is a big plus
