Responsibilities and more:
This role is for an AI-Enhanced Graphic Designer, focusing on content production and marketing in a full-time, remote capacity for Burn20 LLC, a company in the health, wellness, and weight loss industry. This is not a traditional artistic role, a "free creative design" role, or a role for slow, perfection-seeking work. This is a fast, structured, and marketing-oriented design production role.

Purpose of the Role:
The AI-Enhanced Graphic Designer is responsible for converting design into a fast, organized, and reusable production system that supports marketing and content. Your work is to ensure that:
- Designs are clear and easy to read.
- Documents can be produced quickly.
- Reusable templates exist.
- Visual content is consistent with the brand.
- The marketing team has ready-to-use visual assets.
- The design workflow is orderly and efficient.
This role focuses on visual production infrastructure, not free artistic creativity.
Main Responsibilities:
- Produce visual assets for social media graphics, ad creatives, flyers, promotional materials, guides, ebooks, PDFs, and weekly meal plans (20+ pages). All designs must be easy to read, mobile-compatible, visually clean, and consistent with the brand.
- Create templates and systems by designing reusable templates for meal plans, recipe layouts, educational guides, social media formats, and promotional materials. The objective is to reduce production time and increase consistency, building reusable systems rather than designing from scratch each week.
- Enhance design workflow with AI by using AI and modern design tools to accelerate production. This may include generating visual ideas, creating icons or graphic elements, optimizing layouts, and automating repetitive tasks. You will experiment with technology to work faster.
- Design for marketing by creating visual creatives that support product promotions, advertising campaigns, and social media content. You must understand that design should not only look good but also clearly communicate benefits and support conversion.
- Organize files and assets by maintaining organized files for team use. This includes clear folder structure, naming conventions, template libraries, and reusable shared assets. The objective is for any team member to easily find and reuse materials.
- Collaborate with teams, working with the Social Media team, Copywriters, and Marketing Managers. Tasks and deliverables are managed in ClickUp. You must maintain order and clarity in your workflow.
- Optimize the process continuously by improving the visual production system. This includes identifying bottlenecks, simplifying complex layouts, creating better templates, and reducing production time. You will not only execute design but also improve the system.

- Managing social media.

Ideal Profile:
- Very organized.
- Efficiency and systems-oriented.
- Comfortable working with high content volume.
- Able to work fast without sacrificing clarity.
- Interested in AI and new tools.
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design.
- Solid experience with Canva Pro and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience designing marketing materials, digital content, documents, or guides.
- Knowledge of visual hierarchy, legible typography, clear layouts, and conversion-oriented design.
- Experience in health, wellness, or digital marketing is a plus.
Languages Required:
- Spanish: Native or fluent.
- English: Mandatory reading comprehension. You must be able to read instructions in English, understand written feedback, and work with materials or references in English. Oral fluency is not required.
Conditions:
