You'll play a key role in defining user journeys and interface systems, ensuring every tap, swipe, and scroll feels purposeful. By blending creativity, research, and strategic thinking, you'll elevate LOOP's digital products and keep them ahead of evolving mobile trends. Your designs won't just look good — they'll work beautifully for users around the world.

Requirements

  • Design User-Centered Mobile Experiences: Craft intuitive mobile UX/UI solutions that balance usability, product goals, and visual storytelling, ensuring seamless and engaging user journeys.
  • Develop Clear Product Structures: Build thoughtful information architecture including user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for sophisticated mobile applications.
  • Create High-Quality Interfaces in Figma: Design polished, responsive interfaces using Figma as the core design environment, creating consistent components, scalable layouts, and refined interaction patterns.
  • Lead the End-to-End Design Process: Take ownership of projects from early concept and exploration through final execution and handoff, managing iterations and maintaining a high level of craft and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate Across Teams and Stakeholders: Work closely with product managers, developers, and clients in workshops, design reviews, and sprint cycles to align design outcomes with business and user needs.
  • Introduce AI-Driven Innovation: Explore and apply emerging AI tools to support ideation, rapid prototyping, visual exploration, or workflow optimization within the design process.
  • Communicate Fluently in German and English: Present design concepts, participate in discussions, and collaborate confidently with international teams and clients in both languages.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 50,000. That's our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we're ready to reflect that in your offer. Our internal compensation framework is designed to keep things fair, structured, and clear.
