Endpoint System Engineer

Are you a seasoned systems engineer passionate about modern device management and IT infrastructure? Our client is looking for a skilled consultant to join their dynamic team. If you're eager to tackle complex challenges, innovate solutions, and work in an international, high-pressure environment, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and translate requirements into system designs, considering trade-offs and ensuring compliance.
  • Support system deployment and maintain optimal performance.
  • Provide expert-level (3rd line) support, troubleshooting incidents and performing root cause analyses.
  • Manage system upgrades, including security updates, feature enhancements, and hotfixes.
  • Monitor performance, resource utilization, and system reliability.
  • Develop innovative solutions to improve processes, systems, or services.
  • Collaborate with vendors, security teams, and IT personnel to implement tools and procedures.
  • Keep documentation up-to-date and share technical knowledge with colleagues.
  • Configure and install devices and services as required.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support systems under your responsibility.


The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven expertise in system software and IT infrastructure with strong problem-solving skills in Windows 10/11 environments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of modern device management tools, including:
    • Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, M365, and virtual endpoint solutions.
    • SCCM and GPO management (preferred).
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for Intune and Azure environments.
  • Knowledge in complementary areas such as:
    • ELK, remote support tools, MacOS, iOS, Android, printers, and security tools.
    • Azure Fundamental services.
  • Familiarity with agile environments and tools like Jira or Confluence.
