- Provide data‑driven recommendations, support local sites in aligning data collection processes, monitor KPIs, and align BI activities with Operational Excellence, Transformation Office, Commercial Excellence, Plants, and Group IT.
- Support the shift toward a data‑driven culture; manage and mentor data analysts while fostering collaboration across departments.
- Oversee development of BI solutions, reporting frameworks, and data visualization tools to ensure effective execution.
- Ensure data accuracy, analyze trends, and transform findings into actionable insights to support business goals and identify improvement areas.
- Present findings clearly to all stakeholder levels, influencing decisions and securing buy‑in for BI initiatives.
- Completed higher education in relevant studies (e.g.Economics, International Business, Finance).
- Strong analytics expertise, business acumen, and technical proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Minimum 5 years in similar roles (including process optimization) ideally in packaging industry.
- Self‑driven, positive, solution‑oriented personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, with strong time management, organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Commercial understanding, analytical thinking, problem‑solving strength, high attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Location: Vienna, Austria (with the option to work partially from Home Office)
- Start: as of now
- Hours: Fulltime (38.5 h/w)
- Compensation: depending on the job-related experience & competencies, ~ 80.000 EUR gross a year (based on the collective bargain agreement of the metal industry if located in Vienna/Austria).
